i do TT sometimes but only one day at a time and only when i've completely exhausted everything i can do it the day (talked to all of the villagers, gone through all of the shops, worked on my houses with what i have, etc). Never anything over one day at a time! I'll try the befriending thing...

okay here's the deal, Paula has been here for irl months, she's terrible, her house is in a terrible place, it's just?? ugh So she moved here in i think November of last year and is still here. I always just ignore the villagers I don't like and eventually they move out which i had at first done...

on the first day that i got new leaf i was playing at night, and a tarantula got me! I didn't have a single tool with me yet, and i've never seen one since!! i need to work on getting those guys too /__\;; good luck!

if you need to you could suspend the villager in boxes into the next day by changing the date tomorrow whenever you play immediately back to today. What I mean is when Isabelle pops up on your screen, don't start playing on the new day, travel back to today immediately and they'll still be in boxes.
