It's less unable and more I don't feel like upgrading. My OLED is perfectly fine and the only games I'm interested in are Mariokart, Cyberpunk and Bravely Default. It's backwards compatible yeah but if I'm mostly playing Switch 1 games I might as well keep my current Switch. Talk to me when...
Been regularly playing Xenoblade X DE since release day. This game is LONG, I finished the OG at 105 hours and I'm just about to start epilogue's last act at 125 hours lmao. I don't feel burnt out yet, crazy.
P.S. Skells are so fun.
The best part is we doubled the 700,000,000 eggs quota! Definitely was fun despite my relying on freelancer rooms lmao, lots and lots of crew wipes 😵💫
- A final duel with a rival character, especially in party-based RPGs where it's just you and the rival. I always make a save file before these fights just to revisit them.
- Fishing minigames. Or even just fishing.
- Multi-phase final bosses.
Easily Pokémon Diamond. Iirc I have about 500-600 hours on it? I'm so close to finishing the National Pokédex on it, all I need are the Pearl exclusives
A thread about my favourite JRPG series, neat. I'd originally bought the 3DS port years ago to have something new to play. Liked it, bought 2 shortly after buying a Switch, bought 3 on release. Torna and Future Redeemed were damn good DLCs.
Some of the greatest OSTs in gaming imo
That's my main...
In order:
Control
Pokémon Scarlet/Violet
Fallout 4
Assassin's Creed Black Flag
Fire Emblem Three Houses
The Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom
SMT Nocturne HD
Pokémon Colosseum
Pokémon XD Gale of Darkness
Red Dead Redemption
11 games last year. I'm not a completionist by any means, I play...
Not surprised with Fire Emblem being second place, what with me playing all three houses back to back. RPGs being my most played genre is the same as with Playstation
I can't remember the rest of my top 5, but I'm pretty sure 2 of them were Yakuza Like a Dragon and SMT Nocturne HD. Logged more hours than last year as well.
Like a Dragon Infinite Wealth. I enjoyed LaD's switch to turn-based combat more than I thought so more Ichiban is very welcome. We're in Hawaii this time!
Playing through the Orre Pokemon games, starting with Colosseum. I'm just a little under two hours in, snagged 6 Shadow Pokémon and it's been very enjoyable.
Any dualies and any rollers since I love their playstyles the most. But to be more specific it's the Carbon Roller, Dynamo Roller, Dapple Dualies and Splat Dualies.
Reminds me all too well of when the DS and Wii servers closed down 9 years ago lmao, though sooner or later even Pokebank will be shutting down.
Be careful with the GTS in the 3DS games, the past few years they've been overrun with hacked Pokemon that'll freeze your system. Doubt there'll be...
