I recently dug my 3DS out of storage so I’ll grab what photos I took from there later on today and post them here. I’ve had it since 2015, so maybe there’ll be a few nice photos there. Then again, that was nine years ago.

Usually, my local stations have very few ads and a pretty good reach over my whole city, which would be great if there wasn’t one small issue. They only play the same five songs. There’s even a Weird Al song about it!

I think you can guess. Half-Life 2 is my favorite game of all time (although I didn’t particularly prefer HL1, kill me if you want.)

It’s about the same for me. A lot of the people I work with and used to work with I’m still in contact with but exclusively online, and some of the folks I met online I’ve met in real life, so I’ve always kept it at a kind of equilibrium.

Are we talking like Family Feud or Wipeout?

Half Life Alyx blew me away in terms of just general fidelity. It may not be the longest game but it’s still one of my favorites. I finished my first play through a few weeks ago and I’ve started another one just for my friends to watch.

The DLC for Factorio came out a few days ago and I’ve been spending all week playing it with some of my friends (and a few strangers, too!) It’s great, even though I’m far too stupid for some of the more intricate aspects of the game.

The Wii. I can’t believe it’s almost (or maybe even surpassed) 20 years old. Played my first ever game on that console, that being Mario Kart Wii. Good times.

New Orleans, LA. I’m not the biggest fan of that city, especially outside of the Quarter, but I can appreciate the culture that it has. This one’s on that super big lake that surrounds the city (that I’ve forgotten the name of) on a steamboat. I’ve long since forgotten the name, since this was...

Here’s one last one for today, from Brevard, NC. The whole town is almost exclusively mountains, and a small little town settlement about 2sqmi. Leads to some very atmospheric photos, especially if you find a nice campground.

Maybe I’m biased as New Leaf was my first game, but New Leaf just has this soul to it that the other games don’t. This has probably been long since done to death on this forum, but New Horizons felt corporate to me. The graphics were quite nice, though.
