I'm not sure how people can be so "hard-core" about New Leaf. It's a casual game and when people spend hours and hours on end getting bells I'm sure it isn't very fun. My town probably looks like a "hard-core" player's town when they had only been playing for 3 or 4 weeks but I like it that way...
