Does anyone know if villagers still give you framed pictures of themselves at a certain friendship level (like they did in NL, not the picture you get from Harvey’s Island) According to my Nook Miles app I’m true friends with three of my villagers but I haven’t received a picture from them...

Had the game since launch and no showers yet. Having said that I don't tend to play much later than 10pm so I may just be missing them (never had any villager dialogue to suggest they're coming though).

I really miss the Island from NL :( compared to the Nook Miles Islands it was so much better - had minigames to play, way better storage and you didn't have to pay for tools! Plus (and this is just a personal preference) but I much preferred beetle farming. Honestly the Nook Miles Islands in...
