I don't think that's quite true. Here's my experience with it: I don't time travel. I had an open (10th) slot for 1 day and Lionel (from the void) moved in unexpectedly the day after. 2 weeks later, Lionel was the first to think about moving. I let them go back into the void from whence they came.
