I'm genuinely curious though, can I kick Mitzi out by using the amiibo card?

I am pretty sure I'm not allowed to swear on here, but if I could, I would swear.
I am done. I hate Mitzi. I hate her so much, she's the villager I hate most in all of Animal Crossing history.
Now, EVERY SINGLE VILLAGER has asked me "hey can i move already" while Mitzi, being the dumb cat she is, has walked around "oh hey ninten! wanna give me a fruit?". I can't do this. I've only tried for 3 hours but I am DONE.

Is it possible to force a villager out by buying an amiibo card? If I simply buy Deirdre's card, can I choose to KICK Mitzi out??? Because I am exploding from the inside.
