Sure, the game has a few considerable flaws, but it’s better than NL by a long shot. If you don’t like NH, don’t play. No one is forcing you to play it. There’s a rant thread for a reason.

My answer to all of this is that people can do whatever they want if they have the money and credible surgeon to do so. It only becomes an issue when getting surgery becomes less about feeling better about oneself and more about satisfying an addiction. I don’t think I would have anything done...
