What is the range for streetpass? I'm at home, a good football-field distance from any other homes or the street, and got my first streetpass! So it's gotta be one of my closest neighbors, right?

Congrats!! If you want to sell something at Re-Tail, the suggested amount is 1/4 of the actual price. Don't hesitate to set the price yourself instead of taking the default! Sharks sell for a lot. Most beetles do too, and both are easier/plentiful on the island.

I was hoping for Pekoe! Phoebe is my favorite, so far.

So far mine has been in completely different areas of town. Then again, I don't have many community projects yet, and no narrow strips of land, so maybe the game has more spots to choose from?
