I mainly signed the agreement because: 1. I hate hackers 2. I hate seeders 3. I think it's better to earn, then to cheat [time-traveling for bells, etc]. I don't ask people to TT for bells, for me. But I understand what you mean. And no I think US has pretty much nothing special.
