That's great! I think it would be rather hard for someone to hold all your villagers. That would mean they'd need a fresh, new town. But even then, they would only be able to hold 7 of your villagers. I think the only thing you can do is allow at least 3 different people to hold your villagers since it's almost impossible for one person to hold them all. That, or have someone hold a few of them (like 3 or 4) and see if you can purchase the rest. (Or, if you get lucky, you can nab them at a giveaway).

I wish you the best! I would volunteer as tribute, but I already have so many items lying around... Yeah, good idea! You definitely want to make sure you know exactly where you want your house, villager homes, retails and town hall. Good luck on finding someone who is trustworthy enough to hold your items. -
