oh no you don't have to go to that extent, but thank you so much anyway! I just finished the dev permit and there's still no money in the ATM so i guess we've been scammed by nook which is pretty funny i suppose :p oh well!
yep, for sure. he appraised her town for 9mil bells which im pretty sure doesn't happen if your tree isn't past a certain point so it should've worked? :( currently trying to get the town dev permit to see if that changes anything, ill check out the video, thank you
