Can i always sell/send to others players?

i just wondered, at what face of the game can i start sending villagers away?

I just started the game a couple of days ago, and today i caught my first Shark, what's cooler is that 2 seconds after that i caught a hammerhead aswell :)

Just wondering, at what point of the game can i start trading and looking for new villagers im kinda confused, i got the game yesterday and payed for my house today, so i won't get it before tomorrow..

I brought Roald to Apple's house, for Apple to give back borrowed training gear. I got a kind of clock for it which i accidentally sold for allot of money :P

Think mines fine "Wezilla" just some random jibberish i came up with tho :P
