and I don't like vista either, though I can only say this based purely on aesthetics. the functionality of it is good, it just looks stupid imo

nope, waiting for a few days. people who initially downloaded it said there were quite a few bugs.

granted, windows 8 is a lot more convenient for touchscreen users
personally I prefer my devices, including my own laptop, to have touchscreen capabilities so I find windows 8 to be more responsive with it. that is its main purpose anyway.... so it's not that bad of an interface at all
looks a lot sexier than windows vista, anyway :-I
