Well, the 1000 bells was a North American DLC "item" and this one is a European one, so you can only be delivered one or the other, depending on where you live. If you live in Europe, you should be getting this soon... I assume... since it looks like people are starting to receive these. If you live in NA and missed out on the 1k bells, well, lets face it... you're not missing much.
