ADOPTION RULES:
1. I will not be saving any villagers for anyone unless they are low tier. The reason for this is that popular villagers are quickly adopted and that I'd rather not have to wait for a trade. However, as I'd rather not void any villagers I'm willing to hold low tier villagers for a while longer and save them for someone who wants them.
2. I don't care if you adopt a free villager with the intention of selling them. However, if you're just doing it for the bells I'd rather you let someone who actually wants it keep it.
3. If you take too long to pick up a villager I hold the right to give said villager to somebody else.
