Hi I'm Grace. I am selling some villagers to make some in-game bells and TBT!
I think these are fair prices. All villagers are 95%-100% original - most changes being their shirt.

☆ My priority is TBT over in-game bells.
Please consider this when posting for a villager.
☆ Lurkers? I will not be sending out any PMs to notify
lurkers. That is simply bc I am lazy to keep track of it. Please see
the thread for updated news
☆ TBT payment must be sent first~ After that, I will open
my town for you to get the villager.
☆ In-game payment: I am using the re-tail method. Please
make a full payment before you head to the villager to claim.
I will save periodically for amounts larger than 10m.
☆ Please make sure you have an available space. I can wait
if you need some time (pls inform how long you need).

Reservations
☆ Reservations cost 25 TBT.
This cost will be subtracted off of your final total if you're paying
in TBT (i.e. a villager costs 500 TBT, you will only be paying 475TBT
when you come to get them). If paying using in-game bells,
reservation fee is not returned.
☆ You can reserve villagers in and out of my current list.
☆ Please note: I will keep a reserved villager for up to 5 hrs
while I wait for a response. Consider this when reserving.
If I've not heard back in the allotted time, I will put the villager back
up for sale/grabs.
My price ranges: T1 - 300-500, 7-25m /
T2 - 150-250, 5-10m / T3 - 100-200 TBT, 4-8m
