Navigation bar?

I have seen a few signature shops with navigation bars to easily search the shop. (e.g. Signatures~F.A.Q.~Backgrounds etc.). I have no clue how to link different sections of the same thread into a navi. bar. Any help? (sorry if this was hard to understand, I couldnt word it right XD)

If you mean specific posts in a thread, you can click on the little number at the top right corner of a post and it will generate a new link to that post for you.

basically copy the url write whatever you want highlight the text click on the little globe with chains around it a prompt box will appear paste your copied url in there and you should be done!
