SOLVED!
300,000 Bells to momayo!

After visiting Aika Town, I was shocked by how these familiar AC furniture pieces could be used to really create something creepy or funny- so I've made a little scavenger hunt in my house that's not as cool as Aika Town (of course), but has the potential to win you some cash. :)
If you have ten minutes and a net connection, please join us!

Finding the items will require use of the D-pad camera, so make sure you look carefully!

Rules:
-Anyone can play by visiting the Dream Town Address below
-You must answer FOUR questions about the 'easter eggs' hidden in the four lower-story rooms of my house
-Post your answers in this thread.
-If you can get all four, you win!

Questions:
1. Spring (main room): Who is the third guest at the tea party?
2. Autumn (left, library): Who is the poet who reveals himself when you turn off all the lights?
3. Summer (back, bathroom): How many peeping toms are there in the bathroom/sauna?
4. Winter (right, kitchen): What two pieces of evidence did the murderer leave in this room?

Bonus Question: ---- (removed)

Hints:
Spring: He also haunts the upstairs room!
Autumn: Turn off the lights, take a seat, and have a look around. (And no, it's not the goldfish)
Summer: This one is tricky! Look closely!
Winter: The two pieces of evidence are parts of one whole, and one is behind a door.

Here is the Dream Address:

(The contest is now over, but you should still try solving it anyway!)

Wow, it's definitely challenging. I've visited it once, and I'll most likely visit it again to confirm some of my suspicions... I do have to say, though, some of the questions leave me absolutely stumped! -__-

e: omg the kitchen one.

Wow, I'm glad so many people at least tried it!
I'm definitely making you work for your Bells, huh?

I'd love to hear your guesses, though. :3

EDIT: Guys, I've changed the hint for the bonus question, which may help a little.

Update: I've removed the bonus question, and lowered the prize amount- but it's that much easier now.
Give me your best answers, people!

This is such a challenge. I've attempted it twice now but I can't come up with decent guesses for most of them. ;-;

Here are my guesses:
Spring: Espurr
Autumn: Dark Link
Summer: 2 - Resseti and Espurr (guessing the statues are what the peeping toms are peeping at)
Winter: the thing behind the black oven thing/what's in the retro fridge
I have no idea what the second thing is. It could be anything!

One of your answers is definitely right, but three of them are a little off. Here's a hint:
You've almost got Winter in the bag- but the final part of Summer is right in front of your face. And as for Autumn, this poet has a telltale heart.

THE LAST PART
so THAT'S why he's behind a cat!! I thought it might be him, but I wasn't sure so..

OK so I'm still at work, but here's my guesses.
Spring is Espurr
Autumn is Edgar Allan Poe ??? I think ???
Winter is... body parts? The sausages in the retro fridge and the bag, which contains the rest of the body? Uh, not sure.
Summer is where I'm officially stumped. There's Espurr, the Resetti, and two statues, but I'm not sure how or who is the peeping tom -__-
e: Wait, am *I* also a peeping tom? Since I'm seeing them.. o_o

CONGRATULATIONS, YOU GOT IT! :D

300k to momayo, for solving it first!

And here is the FULL explanation, which I recommend you not read until you've seen the town.

Spring: Check behind the samurai's head. Also visible on the wall nearest the player in the upstairs room.

Summer: 3; Resetti looking into the bath, the Gallant Statue peeping on the Robust Statue (who appears to be dramatically wiping himself and has no idea what's going on), and the same thing that haunts the samurai peering out from the tree behind the bathtub.

Fall: Behind the good-luck cat, visible head-on when you sit in the chair by the far wall, is a creepy statue, which highly resembles Edgar Allen Poe. Google him, and you'll see. This item is ironic both because Poe was a writer of horror stories, and because his most famous poem is about a raven sitting on a statue bust and starting to talk.
The "tell-tale heart" in the hint is the name of one of his short stories.

Winter: The "mystery bag" (obtained from Jingle) behind the Festive Tree is a bodybag, and the smoker (which you buy from campers) has intestines and meat in it.
The murderer is trying to cook down the bodily remains of his victim, to hide the evidence.

The answer to the bonus question was curry, incidentally. A popular meal in Japan, it's often made with breaded pork cutlet and garnished with red pickled ginger, and is sweeter than Indian or Thai curry.
The dish is be patterned on cushions on the dining table and in the stewpot on the table- as well as on the town flag. Beside the stewpot is a rice cooker, because curry is usually served with rice.

Honorable Mention: Gardenere
