also this is kinda a weird auction. with an auction you should really be definitely selling it not if you feel like it goes high enough. if you have a set price in mind it should really be a selling topic
 
I know I have at least 500K bells. I'm willing to part with that for the counter should you wish to keep the 7-11 ABD.

One day, I hope to have all the pieces for my caf? room. Right now, my caf? room is filled with the fruit furniture and misc pieces like the dessert display case.

Edit: Maybe once the game has been out a while their value will decrease. I simply don't have enough for a buyout price while I am trying to upgrade my houses.
