Gamespot only gave out 4 perfect scores,
The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (N64),
Chrono Cross (PS),
Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 (PS2),
and Soul Calibur (DreamCast),

while Famitsu magazine gave out six,
The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (Nintendo 64)
Soul Calibur (Dreamcast)
Vagrant Story(PlayStation)
The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker (Nintendo GameCube)
Nintendogs (Nintendo DS)
and Final Fantasy XII (PlayStation 2)

Do you think these are accurate?

Nintendo Power gave out many, but I don't remember them.

Nope.

Don't ask me ask the Japanese magazine. I don't agree either. Soul Calibur and OoT are on both lists, it makes sense they're there. I don't know how Pro Skater was better than a lot of things.

Animal Crossing Wild World also could have been improved. Transparent patterns, tracking visitors with the map, and more pattern space would have made it better.

Chrono Trigger is better than Chrono Cross, so I can't agree.
Also, Super Metroid is missing from that list.
Also, Nintendogs is awesome...for about 3 weeks.

Can't sya I come close to agreeing with those lists.

I guess Japanese have higher attention spans

LOZ:WW was a no no, it was a good game, but not perfect. Other then that, the list was good.

I can't see how they couldn't give Mario 64 a perfect score, and although I see how they didn't give Path of Radiance a perfect one, I don't like that either...

Gamespot's scores were more top-notch compared to Famitsu's... I mean... Nintendogs? :\
