Actually, it's a bug! When you like a post, the bugs appear to reset to 0, to whomever you are liking. It's temporary and not fatal but it's still there. Not sure where to post bugs like these.
 
i brought this up a while ago and jake told me that they can't fix it.
 
Yeah it's pretty well known, I just like to imagine my likes are that powerful. BWAHAHAHA I STOLE ALL YOUR BELLS!
