Hey guys. I wanna ask, what is Phoebe's Tier in the popularity list? I wanna get one but I don't know how many TBT or IGB should I offer. thanks

oh no no. Phoebe is one of my dream villager regardless of the tier haha. It's just that I'm worried if she costs too much TBT or IGB. So I'm asking so that I can prepare my payment to get Phoebe:)

I want to but I can't because I lived in remote country unfortunately, most of the amiibo card didn't support delivery to my address :(
 
I have her amiibo card, I can move her in my spare town and then make her move for you. :)
