I'm new to all this and I have no idea how to make a signature. I want one that moves and like has villagers and the town name on it but I'm totally lost

you could order one from Ariane's Signature Shop. She can animate the background or the text if that is what you want. You can find her shop in the Museum Shop (scroll down to Museum). Sigs cost around 40 TBT usually.
