is anyone else having problems with the site??

this only started yesterday, and only on my computer, every time i open a thread it looks like this:

it looks like the site is unfinished or hacked tbh, i went on the site with my phone but it looks normal and finished unlike on my computer, does any one know why this is happening? its hard to read the site when it looks like this

Could it be that thing at the bottom of the page? its like a drop down menu type thing and it changes the way the site looks. It should be set to just "Bell Tree" to be normal so maybe look there? sorry im not great at explaining !!!

i had it for a few seconds sometimes it will usually go away after a few seconds ( for me anyway)
