Buying Cedar saplings with lights?

Hi how do I get cedar saplings that will grow with xmas lights?? All my grown cedar trees are just plain and makes me really sad as my town does not have that Christmas feel without it..

Willing to buy/trade just please it has to have the lights. Thank you in advance

The lights appear after a certain date on random cedar trees, if your date is a bit off it might take another day or two for them to show up

also, i'm not sure what the exact ratio is for how many trees with lights show up, but maybe try planting some more around town, it's completely random!
