What is the white desk/dresser behind the counter seat called, please?

And while we are at it, how do you put a rug like the one on here under the modern table? QR codes?

Thank you! I wanted to know what counter that was, too, but also what is the white piece next to the hanging chair? I edited to put "white" in original post...it wasn't there, lol.
