Bistro says - ?Italy? for me.

Gelato. Naples Pizza. Vespas (like Isabelle?s!!)

Outdoors Im thinking metal bench, modern bench. Wisteria trellis. Geyser. Fountains! And the most beautifully landscaped area with the garbage can to throw away your gelato cup.

A food town, hmmm. Then fairytale and Zen.
Fairytale benches, Zen bridges, a mix of Zen and Fairytale lights.

That giant red boot PWP would suit it.
