Buying Town services? (Decorating)

Not really sure what to call this but I was wondering if there is anyone willing to help me with decorating(?) my town. I?ve seen so many amazing towns and in comparison mine just looks a bit of a mess... I mainly need help with paths and where to place things, as I have a lot of flowers and no idea where to put them. My 3DS camera also doesn?t work so I can?t use path QR codes online and my own attempt at drawing a path is pretty bad :/.

you find a qr code you like, save it to your computer/phone, then you select it on the site and it shows you how to make the design. to be honest, it's a little tedious, but if you really want a certain design then it's a great way to get any design you like!
also, a town with realllyyy pretty paths has the dream code of 5E00-001B-89E9 (Candy Town). i THINK the paths are able to be taken from Wendell, but im not for sure. even if you can't take the paths, the town is really cute and can give you some inspiration!!! goodluck!
