Selling Fang anyone?

I love him but im out of space due to the void thing with getting a villager from visiting
Is there a way to avoid this since i had the town visit full town before i visited

If no interest in fang then i'll put him in my secondary town
Hes also not original and I really would prefer not getting another villager after he moves ><
