Like sarinimarini said, it depends on the occasion. If it's just going to see a friend, no, it isn't weird. If you're going out to town, you'll probably get odd looks. I don't think there's anything wrong with wearing outlandish clothes; I do, too. But people are *******s, so you probably will get weird looks and judgement casted upon you.
