I?m looking at getting the NFC reader for my old 3ds but I?m confused as to what cards I can use with New leaf. The only card I can seem to find are called Animal Crossing: Haooy Home Designer cards. Do these cards only work with HHD? Or can I use them to scan villagers into NL too?
All of the Happy Home Designer cards, as well as the Welcome Amiibo RV cards work with the game, unfortunately for the special character cards they do NOT work with ACNL and you need their actual amiibos instead. (Rover, Isabelle, etc etc)
