Looking for Japan exclusive DLC

Hey, I haven't been on this website in years, and I don't know what doctor has came out for animal crossing new leaf. I have the 7/11 set, notebook set, and that's pretty much it. If any other elf has came out and you're willing to sell please state the name of the dlc and what you think they are worth thank you
