I would get rid of every single rock!! I swear they re just out to get me!
The only thing that comes to mind is moving the Cafe back a bit, as theres a little too much space behind it and I'm pretty sure there's not much I can do with that bit of land. (Like adding other small pwps I mean) And maybe having some of land different, as after you cross the bridge to the other side, there isn't enough room for houses, its too small and having all the villagers houses on one side feels weird to me.

In Space I'd move the Police Station on space forward so it's in line with the Town Hall and maybe have moved the Cafe somewhere else.
