Looking to either buy or just borrow some ornate clothing so I can pass Gracie?s checks, please!

I cant help you with items but I have a little tip. If you TT a day ahead (or back) the TT to the original day Gracie will be in your town no matter what. Unless you have the upgrade.

I just looked and I don't have any ornate, either, but I have another tip. If you have two ornate items, put them on with other items that don't "clash" and you will probably pass the test.
