Can I report somebody for stealing my bells?

So I sent 200 tbt to somebody and they've been online and have ignored my requests for updates on my commission and ultimately a refund
Is there a way for me to get my 200 tbt back or am I stuck like chuck?

You can send them a negative wifi rating, and if you truly feel like they scammed you, you can always bring it up in our Contact The Staff board.
