How do you pronounce "sorry"?

saw-ree but sometimes i say sore-ree and im not sure why

My boyfriend has been talking an awful lot lately about the pronounciation of this word, so I find this thread hilarious. We say "saw-ree", but he gets so excited when he hears a Canadian say "sore-y"... hahaha

Sore-ie

Omg I didn't know other people said it differently! O:

idk if i'm just hearing it differently in my head than the people describing it as saw-ree, but i say it more like sar-ee

i looked at some of the replies and i was like "what? "sah-ree? people pronounce it like that? i never knew" but i pronounced it that way back to myself and it sounded completely natural to me, (i exaggerated the sounds in my head but saying it i was like "oh wait") it's just different accents
