I say both "saw-ree" and "sohr-ee" but more often the latter, especially if I'm emphasizing it. It's never sounded weird to me until I resided in the United States for a few months. The American girls I lived with pointed it out (also asking me to pronounce words like "about" and I had to disappoint them when I said it the same way they did

As someone who pronounces it the latter, I'm guessing we're all Brits. The Queen's English emphasises proper enunciation.
