GUIDELINES
- Feel free to haggle!
- Pay me before you get the villager, please!
- You can "observe" a villager I have, meaning when it comes in boxes you will be the one to get it! This will add you to the watchlist.
- First come, first serve.
- I will only wait for 25 minutes for you to come to my town if you have agreed to come to my town to get your villager, otherwise I will give it to someone else.
- Do not be salty if you someone else gets the villager you want!

- 40 TBT = Tier 1 Villagers
- 30 TBT = Tier 2 Villagers
- 20 TBT = Tier 3 Villagers

- 5 TBT = Tier 5 Villagers
