ratio 1 TBT : 200k IGB
it's nice to have many smaller transactions than big ones, so offers of less than 30 TBT is good. plus then more people get a chance! but, i'll edit this if it ends up just being easier for big transactions. i may be slow! i'm sorry
i can do the drop method in my town or your town
and i can do the re-tail method in my town
(i'm still new at this so if i do weird things like not pick up the bells at the right time or count too much sorry)
