could you do an icon with two mayors right next to each other? if not, then just candor (the blue-haired one in the ref) is fine~

any other notes: if you have to make it wider than a square to fit both mayors (if you do both), i have the avatar extension so it won't be an issue, lol
also you can simplify candor as much as needed but please try to keep his rainbow feather
