Want to visit your town with Snooty in her RV. Want to buy a few things from her RV and invite her to my town. Willing to give whatever you want for her (that I have lol).

I can scan Snooty so you can visit her RV, but you can't invite villagers to move in from RV's in other towns. You would need to get her card and scan her into your own town, then you could invite her to move in.
