Notifications: 1 stuck

hi! hopefully this is the right place for this! recently i had someone delete a post on my profile and i hadn't seen it yet, so now my Notifications are stuck at 1 even though i never have a new message. not sure if that's what caused it but it's getting pretty annoying. anybody have any ideas?

Notification is for a new Visitor Message

Maybe try VMing them back by viewing the conversation and typing it up?

you could also try deleting your most recent visitor message posted on your profile?

it somehow has fixed itself... i have no idea how. i did the above things, and i'm pretty sure it was still stuck. after going about the forums it's now fixed. so i'm not able to help other people lol
