One is rectangles, the other has leaves and acorns...
Just an interesting thing.

Yeah, because one was from HHD I think. It is funny, and could make it hard to order the right one in a trade!

This annoys me so much when I'm decorating. I always have to take both out and test em out each time... the worst is when I take both parquet floors out and they are actually the same lmao.

why didnt Nintendo do anything about that?

well guess we have to say "square parquet or fall parquet?"

Wait, really? Wow, that would be super annoying during decorating. Nintendo should have given them a different name.

In case anyone was wondering (like I was), the one with leaves was already in the game, and the parquet floor with plain rectangles is from HHD.

What are parquet floors?

"Parquet (from the French "a small compartment") is a geometric mosaic of wood pieces used for decorative effect in flooring. Parquet patterns are often entirely geometrical and angular — squares, triangles, lozenges — but may contain curves. The most popular parquet flooring pattern is herringbone." from wikipedia

I noticed that a while ago, not great. They could of called them parquet 1 and parquet 2
