I really like it.
I would say you could use more colours to blend in with each other (Darker reds/grey even brown for skin muscle) .If your going for a pastel style, then never-mind.

I don't really intend to change the skin all that much, I'm mainly trying to see how the skirt part could be improved. I was kinda going for a simple style but her skirt and belts are so complex that I felt like I didn't do them justice.
The challenge is up to you, Although designing the bottom of a dress is a pain because of how the texture stretches around the mesh.
