Ik a good transparent drawing app, it's called sketchbook you can put the background on hide so it's transparent then save it like that

I'm pretty sure it works with any solid colour. I tried Diana with a solid black background and it worked fine. Just make sure the colour doesn't clash with the image?

accepted! also, it really depends on what kind of pixel. If it was the little sprite pokemon that showed up when you put it in a PC or gen 5 and below battle sprites, I could probably get that done in a few days. if it was a custom one, I don't know. If it's like a Marill or something simple, I'd probably accept it. Tangrowth and legendaries may take a while, so it really depends on my motivation.

also for background, do you want something specific or just whatever looks best?
