Help! How do I bump a thread?

I see people doing it, where it sets their thread to the top of the billboard. I'm relatively new and I haven't figured it out yet.

Please may someone explain it to me, thanks :)

(Its probably really simple and I'm being dumb)
 
You just type "bump" and then hit "post quick reply." You have to wait a while in between posts though or it will just merge with the other. I believe that the rule is no more than once per hour. :)

Thank you so much! :) I've been going through thread tools and ect. trying to find the feature.
 
Just letting ya know, Bump times is one per 4 Hours , not one.
