I just popped a balloon, and there was an editor's desk in it. I didn't even know it was possible to get non-balloon items in the packages? What?????
 
It's brand new to the Welcome Amiibo update. There's a slight chance you'll receive a non-balloon related item in a present. It caught me off guard the first time it happened as well.
