I skipped ahead a few days to catch the mitten crab and spiny lobster so my encyclopedia would be complete, and now I'm back on today and Phineas is nowhere to be found. Is it because of going back in time? Will he show up tomorrow? The weather is clear, nothing else is different from his usual visits, so why is he awol?
Does time travel affect Phineas visits?

Does your town have other NPC visitors? I was due for a badge, weather was clear and no Phineas.
At the time Saharah and someone was camping. Waited for the next clear day and Phineas appeared.
Phineas will not appear when Katie is in town. Checked at the police station and Booker mentioned Phineas was in town. The villagers mentioned he was in town. No Phineas. Found Katie and took her to another town. Came back and Phineas was waiting for me.
