What happened to Resetti?

When the site goes down, I see a picture of Resetti, telling us that the site is having some technical difficulties (which is a reference of when the wi-fi goes down while online in ACNL). Now when it goes down, I see this "503 Error" instead of Resetti.

If that were the case, then if you receive another message that you received an infraction, the sender will be Jake or Oblivia. Is this what you want?
 
So Resetti's dead. So who's gonna send infractions now? Your identity might be exposed instead of Resetti when sending the messages.

Here's when I am starting to be more serious. Is it true that now when the site is facing technical difficulties, I will forever see "503 error" instead of something generated by this site?

We lost him but order has now been restored. He will be ready to serve at the next breaking of TBT servers.

I thought the Resetti page should be back. Why am I still seeing 503 errors?
 
I thought the 503 stuff was for when the forums break so hard even resetti gets trapped underground, and not "resetti's broken guys, sorry"
